FOCUS Welcome Weekend 2020

Hi everyone!
I'm sorry to let you know that we've decided to cancel the FOCUS Welcome Weekend. This is because the number of registrations is too low for the event to continue, and also to help keep everyone safe from the spread of the coronavirus. We're sad to have to cancel, and we know you are too, but we think this is the right decision.
If you've already paid for the Welcome Weekend, please please email welcomeweekend@afes.org.au with your name, bank account BSB, and bank account number, and we'll transfer your refund into your account.
The good news is that our normal FOCUS groups are continuing to meet each week, and we'd love you to join us. We hope to see you soon!

Are you an international student at uni in Queensland? Come with us to the FOCUS Welcome Weekend. We’ll make new friends and enjoy fun activities at beautiful Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast. And we’ll learn from the Bible about the amazing good news of Jesus!
The FOCUS Welcome Weekend is organised by UQ FOCUS, GP FOCUS - QUT, Village FOCUS - QUT and Griffith FOCUS.
- Dates: 5pm Friday 20 March to 6pm Sunday 22 March 2020
- Costs $160, which includes all your accommodation (in dormitories), meals, activities and transport if you don’t have a car.
- Location: Luther Heights Youth Camp, near Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast (2 hours drive north of Brisbane)
